Local Activity

Official Rules:
1. Any Species is welcome – dogs, cats, chickens, pigs, cows, horses, etc.
2. Pets must belong to the entrant or be in their care with permission from the owner.
3. Photos must have the pet as the main focus of the photo and showcase a patriotic theme using red, white, and blue accessories, backdrops, or settings.
4. One entry per pet and maximum of two entrants per household.
5. Photos must be original and taken by the entrant, NO AI Generated images.
6. Minor editing (brightness, cropping, color correcting) is allowed: heavy manipulation is not.
7. Entries must be submitted by June 20, 2026
8. Winners will be decided by number of votes received both online and in person at the Town of Marilla 4th of July Celebration event
9. Online voting will take place June 21st until July 5th
10. In person voting will take place July 3rd, 4th, and 5th at the Town of Marilla 4th of July celebration in the Kiwanis Club of Marilla Booth.
11. Entries may be disqualified for: unsafe or inappropriate content, copyright violations, offensive themes, failure to follow submission rules. All decisions by the selection committee are final in regard to disqualification.
12. Winners will be contacted and announced on July 6th once all votes have been tallied.
